1. When will my order ship?

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders typically process in 2–3 business days, then ship out. During product drops or busy periods, it may take a little longer — thank you for your patience while we pour love into every jar 💛


2. How much is shipping?

  • Standard shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight + location.

  • Body butters in warmer months (May–September): These ship with 2-day expedited shipping to protect the texture. Shipping costs are higher during this time to ensure your butter arrives in good condition.


3. What if my body butter melts?

Natural butters can soften or melt in the heat. If your butter arrives soft:

  • Pop it in the refrigerator for a short time to firm up.

  • If the texture doesn’t fully return, don’t worry — it’s still effective and safe to use 🌞

Refunds/replacements aren’t available for melting in transit.


4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

No — for safety and quality reasons, all sales are final (we can’t accept products back once they’ve left our hands).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours at goldenrayesaz@gmail.com with your order number + photos, and we’ll make it right.


5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Golden Rayes ships within the United States only. (We’re exploring international shipping in the future ✨).


6. Do you offer discounts or rewards?

Yes! We love celebrating your glow. Review your products to earn special thank-you codes for future drops (10% for reviews, 15% for photo reviews 🌿). Keep an eye on your email before each drop for exclusive perks.


7. How do I leave a review?

About a week after your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a direct link to leave a review on the product page. Your feedback means the world and helps other members of the Glow Crew ✨


8. Is my information safe with Golden Rayes?

Yes! We take privacy seriously. Your data is collected only to process orders, ship products, and keep you updated. We never sell your info and only share with trusted partners (like Shopify + shipping carriers). See our Privacy Policy for details.


9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it goes straight into processing to keep our drops running smoothly. If you need help, email us right away at goldenrayesaz@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
