No Returns or Refunds

We cannot accept returns or refunds on any products, whether opened or unopened.

This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our skincare + haircare products for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at goldenrayesaz@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We will happily replace the damaged/missing item or issue store credit.
Heat & Shipping Disclaimer

To protect our products, shipping is more expensive for body butters during warmer months — this ensures they arrive within 2 days.

Because our products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt in heat.

If your product is soft or melted upon arrival:

Place it in the refrigerator for a short time to restore texture.

If the texture does not fully return, please know the product is still effective and safe to use.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for products that melt in transit.
