Every product is made in small batches with care — for quality and safety, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

  • We cannot accept returns or refunds on any products, whether opened or unopened.

  • This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our skincare + haircare products for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at goldenrayesaz@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  • We will happily replace the damaged/missing item or issue store credit.

Heat & Shipping Disclaimer

  • To protect our products, shipping is more expensive for body butters during warmer months — this ensures they arrive within 2 days.

  • Because our products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt in heat.

  • If your product is soft or melted upon arrival:

    • Place it in the refrigerator for a short time to restore texture.

    • If the texture does not fully return, please know the product is still effective and safe to use.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for products that melt in transit.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All products, including sale items, promotional bundles, or limited-drop items.
