Body butters require expedited 2-day shipping during warmer months (May–September).

We charge more for body butter shipping in the summer to ensure it arrives within 2 days and maintains the integrity of the butter texture.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please track your package and bring it inside promptly, especially during warmer months, to avoid heat exposure.
Heat & Product Care

Our products are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in heat.

If your body butter arrives soft or melted:

Place it in the refrigerator for a short time to restore texture.

If the texture does not fully return, your product is still effective and safe to use.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for products that melt in transit.
Shipping Issues

Golden Rayes is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages.
