Processing Times

  • All Golden Rayes products are handcrafted in small batches.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

  • During product drops or high-volume periods, processing may take longer — thank you for your patience as we pour love into every order 🌿

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard shipping is available for all products.

  • Body butters require expedited 2-day shipping during warmer months (May–September).

    • We charge more for body butter shipping in the summer to ensure it arrives within 2 days and maintains the integrity of the butter texture.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and time of year.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping takes 1–2 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and location.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Please track your package and bring it inside promptly, especially during warmer months, to avoid heat exposure.

Heat & Product Care

  • Our products are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in heat.

  • If your body butter arrives soft or melted:

    • Place it in the refrigerator for a short time to restore texture.

    • If the texture does not fully return, your product is still effective and safe to use.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for products that melt in transit.

Shipping Issues

  • Golden Rayes is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goldenrayesaz@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
